Workplace Inclusion

FMM values the inclusivity of individuals with special needs and has been collaborating with Al Shafallah since 2019 to raise awareness about their rights and culture.

FMM supports their active participation and representation by providing personalized vocational trainings to Al Shafallah affiliates ages 16 to 21 years old, and this include employability skills.

Al Shafallah Center is the organization supporting children with special needs and promotes social inclusion and engagement activities for people with disabilities in Qatar.
