It is my pleasure to welcome you to Facilities Management and Maintenance Company website. FMM is a joint venture between Qatar Airways and Ferrovial and has become one of Qatar’s Most Trusted Facility Management Partner. We proudly comprise over 4,600 individuals from 34 different nationalities, bringing together a diverse pool of talent and expertise.
Since 2012, we have developed extensive capabilities across various domains, establishing a robust operational system that enables us to work swiftly and efficiently. We prioritize talent development, as we believe our people are at the heart of our core business. For more than a decade, we have built an Integrated Facility Management platform grounded in our best practices and expertise, ensuring consistent quality across all projects.
FMM’s vision is to become the most preferred partner for our clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailor-made services with innovative, cutting-edge solutions. We focus on productivity as the key driver of success in Integrated Facility Management. To this end, we leverage technology to enhance efficiency and generate savings in our projects. One of our recent innovations includes a virtual reality platform for cleaning training, which we integrate with robotics and smart applications for managing hard services systems.
Our main client, Hamad International Airport, has been recognized as the ‘Best Airport in the World’ and ‘Best Airport in the Middle East’ by the SKYTRAX World Airport Awards for the past eleven years. SKYTRAX evaluates over 500 airports worldwide based on customer service and facilities, including functionality, cleanliness, and appearance. FMM takes pride in our contribution to the cleaning and maintenance of this award-winning facility, setting a high benchmark in the airport industry.

OCCSQ
